Understanding T cell differentiation pathways in immunity, autoimmunity and cancer immunity. Understanding the metabolic regulation of T cells during their differentiaon. Identify and understand the role of check point inhibitors in cancer immunity. Understanding transcriptional regualtions of Th9 and Th17 cells.
