These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of CancerConferenceIndia.com, including conference registration, payments, abstract submission, accommodation booking, downloadable documents, scientific-program information and related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, making a payment or participating in the conference, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Electronic records and online transactions are recognised under the Information Technology Act, 2000, while consumer-facing services remain subject to applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other Indian laws.

Global Web Technologies LLP provides website operation, registration, payment, abstract-management and related technology services on behalf of the authorised conference organisers.

The conference organisers may include:

• Gautam Buddha University;

• Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence;

• Cancer Research and Care Academy; and

• other institutions, committees, sponsors, partners or service providers formally associated with the conference.

In these Terms, “Organisers” includes the authorised organising institutions, organising committee, scientific committee, programme committee and their authorised representatives.

2. Conference Information

The website relates to the 21st International Conference on “Emerging Frontiers in Cancer Research: Molecular Mechanisms to Personalized Treatments”, scheduled for 29–31 October 2026 in Greater Noida, India.

Conference dates, venues, speakers, sessions, fees, deadlines and other details may be changed, corrected or updated by the Organisers.

Information displayed on the website is provided in good faith. The Organisers and Global Web Technologies LLP may correct typographical errors, technical errors, inaccurate dates, pricing errors or incomplete information at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use registered-user services, you must:

• provide complete, current and accurate information;

• use an email address and mobile number that belong to you or that you are authorised to use;

• keep your password and login credentials confidential;

• promptly update any incorrect information;

• avoid creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts; and

• comply with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.

The Organisers or Global Web Technologies LLP may request identity, student-status, institutional, membership, payment or other supporting documents where reasonably necessary.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, altered or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, cancellation, forfeiture of benefits or restriction of access.

4. Persons Below 18 Years

A person below 18 years of age may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required.

The parent or guardian will be responsible for the minor’s registration, payment, conduct and compliance with these Terms.

The Organisers may request age or parental-consent documentation before accepting a minor’s registration.

5. Registration

Conference registration is subject to:

• availability;

• payment of the applicable fee;

• verification of eligibility;

• approval of any claimed discount;

• compliance with registration deadlines; and

• acceptance of these Terms.

Submission of a registration form does not itself guarantee participation. Registration is ordinarily confirmed only after successful payment or verification of an approved manual payment.

The Organisers may limit registrations by category, venue capacity, programme requirements, safety considerations or administrative necessity.

A registration is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, sold or used by another person without prior written approval.

6. Registration Categories, Fees and Discounts

Registration fees may vary according to:

• delegate category;

• early-bird, regular, late or spot-registration period;

• domestic or international status;

• student or institutional eligibility;

• CRCA membership;

• applicable taxes; and

• approved discounts.

All fee calculations displayed before payment remain subject to server-side verification.

A participant must not manipulate, alter or attempt to bypass the fee-calculation process.

GBU, student, CRCA or other concessions may require:

• membership or student number;

• documentary proof;

• administrative verification; and

• approval before the discount is applied.

The Organisers may reject a discount claim where proof is insufficient, expired, inconsistent or unverifiable. Rejection of a discount does not necessarily prevent the participant from registering at the applicable standard fee.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay, banking channels or another approved payment method.

Users must provide accurate payment and billing information. Global Web Technologies LLP and the Organisers do not ordinarily store full card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs or internet-banking passwords.

A payment shown as initiated, pending, redirected or returned by the browser is not necessarily a confirmed payment.

Payment will be treated as successful only after:

• verified confirmation from the payment gateway; or

• verification of a manual or offline payment by an authorised administrator.

A failed, cancelled, disputed, reversed, incomplete or unverified payment does not create a right to registration, receipt, invitation letter, abstract submission or accommodation confirmation.

Verified duplicate payments may be refunded after reconciliation.

8. Receipts and Documents

Receipts, invitation letters, acceptance letters and other documents may be generated electronically.

Such documents:

• are issued only to eligible users;

• may be downloaded only through an authorised account;

• must not be altered, forged or misused;

• do not constitute a visa guarantee, travel authorisation, employment approval or funding commitment; and

• may be withdrawn or corrected if issued because of inaccurate data, administrative error, reversed payment or misuse.

The Organisers may verify any electronically generated document through its registration number, verification code, QR code or internal records.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.

The applicable registration-refund structure is:

Accommodation payments are non-refundable.

Payment-gateway fees, bank charges, taxes or other non-recoverable charges may be deducted where applicable and legally permissible.

10. Abstract Submission

Abstract submission may be permitted only to eligible registered and paid participants.

The participant is responsible for ensuring that:

• the abstract is original;

• the information is accurate;

• all authors have approved the submission;

• all affiliations and author orders are correct;

• necessary ethics approval has been obtained;

• conflicts of interest and funding have been disclosed;

• confidential or unlawful material is not included;

• third-party intellectual property is not infringed; and

• the abstract complies with the published guidelines.

Draft abstracts may remain editable until final submission.

Once finally submitted, an abstract may be locked. Editing may be reopened only by an authorised administrator and may require a recorded reason.

The Organisers may reject, withdraw or remove an abstract that is incomplete, inaccurate, plagiarised, defamatory, unlawful, unethical, duplicative, outside the conference scope or otherwise non-compliant.

11. Abstract Review and Decisions

Abstracts may be reviewed by scientific reviewers or committee members selected by the Organisers.

Reviewers may recommend oral presentation, poster presentation, revision or rejection. The final decision rests with the authorised scientific or organising committee.

Review and programme decisions are academic and administrative judgments. Subject to applicable law, such decisions are final.

The Organisers are not required to disclose:

• reviewer identities;

• internal deliberations;

• comparative rankings;

• confidential comments; or

• detailed reasons beyond the communication issued to the submitter.

Acceptance of an abstract does not guarantee:

• a specific presentation format;

• a preferred date, time, hall or session;

• an award;

• travel funding;

• accommodation;

• publication in a journal; or

• uninterrupted participation where conference rules are breached.

12. Scientific Programme

The scientific programme is provisional until formally published and may remain subject to change.

The Organisers may:

• add, remove or replace speakers;

• change session titles;

• revise presentation formats;

• change halls or timings;

• combine, postpone or cancel sessions;

• convert an oral presentation to poster or vice versa;

• modify the programme for operational or academic reasons; and

• conduct parts of the conference online or in hybrid form.

The Organisers will endeavour to communicate material changes but are not responsible for losses arising from routine programme amendments.

13. Speakers and Presenters

Speakers and presenters must:

• provide accurate profile and presentation details;

• comply with scheduled time limits;

• follow conference and venue instructions;

• avoid defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful or infringing content;

• obtain all permissions for third-party material;

• disclose conflicts of interest where applicable; and

• avoid promotional or commercial presentations unless authorised.

The Organisers may stop, shorten, reschedule or remove a presentation that breaches these Terms, applicable law, scientific standards or venue requirements.

14. Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to availability and separate confirmation.

Accommodation descriptions, room categories, facilities and photographs may be illustrative and may change because of operational requirements.

All accommodation payments are non-refundable.

The Organisers and Global Web Technologies LLP are not responsible for:

• late arrival;

• early departure;

• missed check-in;

• unused nights;

• loss of personal belongings;

• participant misconduct;

• independently booked hotels;

• transport disruption; or

• services outside the confirmed accommodation package.

Participants must comply with the rules of the accommodation provider.

15. Travel, Visa and Insurance

Participants are solely responsible for:

• passports;

• visas;

• travel tickets;

• institutional permissions;

• medical requirements;

• travel insurance;

• health insurance;

• customs requirements; and

• compliance with immigration and travel laws.

An invitation or acceptance letter does not guarantee issuance of a visa or entry into India.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the Organisers and Global Web Technologies LLP do not undertake to pay airfare, visa costs, hotel charges, insurance or other travel expenses.

16. Conference Conduct

Participants must behave professionally and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• harassment, intimidation or discrimination;

• violence or threats;

• disruption of sessions;

• unauthorised commercial solicitation;

• impersonation;

• badge sharing;

• damage to property;

• illegal activity;

• unauthorised access to systems;

• recording where prohibited;

• misuse of personal data; and

• conduct that may harm participants, institutions or the reputation of the conference.

The Organisers may refuse admission, remove a participant, suspend access or cancel registration where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, discipline or protection of the event.

Subject to applicable law, removal for misconduct may occur without refund.

17. Photography, Audio and Video Recording

The conference may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed or documented.

By attending areas where recording notices are displayed, participants acknowledge that their image, voice, name, affiliation or presentation may appear in conference records and legitimate promotional or archival materials, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Participants must not photograph, record, reproduce or livestream restricted sessions, unpublished research, private discussions or copyrighted presentations without permission.

A participant who has a specific privacy or safety concern should contact the Organisers before the event.

18. Intellectual Property

The website, design, software, databases, logos, graphics, text, documents and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to Global Web Technologies LLP, the Organisers or their respective owners.

No person may copy, scrape, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Authors retain ownership of their original abstract or presentation content. By submitting content, the author grants the Organisers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• review and administer the submission;

• reproduce it in conference materials;

• publish it in an abstract book, programme or archive;

• display it on the website or conference platform;

• format it for editorial consistency; and

• use the title, author names and affiliations for conference communication and promotion.

The submitting author confirms that they have authority to grant this licence on behalf of all contributors.

19. Website Use Restrictions

Users must not:

• access another user’s account;

• upload malware or harmful code;

• interfere with website security;

• probe or exploit vulnerabilities;

• scrape or harvest user data;

• submit fraudulent registrations or payments;

• misuse payment or refund systems;

• automate excessive requests;

• copy private documents;

• bypass access controls; or

• use the website for unlawful purposes.

Global Web Technologies LLP may block access, preserve logs, suspend accounts and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities.

20. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to services such as:

• Razorpay;

• Brevo;

• WhatsApp;

• Google Analytics;

• Google Tag Manager;

• reCAPTCHA;

• Google Maps;

• YouTube;

• Meta services;

• Microsoft Clarity;

• social-media platforms; and

• hosting or security providers.

These services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Neither the Organisers nor Global Web Technologies LLP controls every aspect of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, outages, policies or security practices.

21. Website Availability

The website and its services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Global Web Technologies LLP may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:

• maintenance;

• upgrades;

• security incidents;

• server failures;

• payment-gateway issues;

• internet disruption;

• legal compliance; or

• circumstances outside its control.

No guarantee is made that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device or browser.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• conference information is provided for general administrative purposes;

• no medical, legal, financial or professional advice is provided through the website;

• scientific views expressed by speakers or authors are their own;

• the Organisers do not endorse every product, treatment, statement or opinion presented;

• inclusion of a sponsor does not constitute a medical or scientific endorsement; and

• participants must independently evaluate scientific and professional information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organisers, Global Web Technologies LLP and their officers, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including:

• loss of profits;

• loss of opportunity;

• loss of travel expenditure;

• loss of accommodation costs booked independently;

• loss of data;

• reputational loss;

• missed connections;

• visa refusal;

• programme changes; or

• interruption of website access.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability arising from a participant’s registration or use of the website will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by that participant for the relevant conference service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be restricted under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable legal obligations.

24. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers and Global Web Technologies LLP against claims, losses, liabilities, penalties and reasonable costs arising from:

• your breach of these Terms;

• false or fraudulent information;

• infringement of third-party rights;

• unlawful or unauthorised content submitted by you;

• misuse of the website;

• misconduct at the conference; or

• violation of applicable law.

This clause will not require a consumer to indemnify the Organisers or Global Web Technologies LLP for their own unlawful conduct, fraud or wilful misconduct.

25. Force Majeure

The Organisers and Global Web Technologies LLP will not be responsible for delay, disruption, relocation, postponement, modification or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters;

• epidemic or pandemic;

• war or terrorism;

• civil disturbance;

• government restrictions;

• venue closure;

• transport disruption;

• strikes;

• power, internet or telecommunications failure;

• cyberattack;

• fire, flood or extreme weather; or

• acts or omissions of essential third-party providers.

In such circumstances, the Organisers may reschedule, relocate, shorten, postpone, cancel or convert the conference to an online or hybrid format.

Any refund, credit or transfer will be governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy, committed expenditure, contractual obligations and applicable law.

26. Suspension and Termination

Global Web Technologies LLP or the Organisers may suspend or terminate an account or service where:

• information is false or unverifiable;

• payment is reversed or disputed;

• these Terms are breached;

• security is threatened;

• unlawful activity is suspected;

• another person’s rights are affected; or

• termination is required by law or an authority.

Termination does not affect obligations or rights that accrued before termination.

27. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

By using the website, users acknowledge that data may be processed for registration, payment, abstract review, programme management, accommodation, security, communication and legal compliance.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 establishes the statutory framework for processing digital personal data in India.

28. Communications

You consent to receiving essential transactional communications concerning:

• account verification;

• registration;

• payment;

• refunds;

• abstracts;

• programme updates;

• accommodation;

• security; and

• conference administration.

Essential communications may be sent by email, dashboard notification, telephone or WhatsApp.

Promotional communication for unrelated or future events should be sent only where permitted by law and, where required, after separate consent.

29. Amendments

These Terms may be updated to reflect:

• changes in law;

• changes in conference arrangements;

• changes in fees or services;

• new website features;

• security requirements; or

• operational needs.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated by email, dashboard notification or website notice.

Continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.

32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts and competent tribunals at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer from approaching a legally competent consumer commission or other statutory authority where such right cannot be waived.

33. Dispute Resolution

A user should first send a written complaint containing relevant account, registration, payment or transaction details to:

The parties should attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days.

Where a commercial dispute remains unresolved and the parties mutually agree in writing, it may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration may be conducted by a sole arbitrator, in English, with New Delhi as the seat and venue.

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief or using a statutory consumer-remedy process.

By selecting an acceptance checkbox, creating an account, making a payment, submitting an abstract or otherwise using registered services, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood these Terms;

• the information supplied by you is accurate;

• you agree to the Privacy Policy;

• you agree to the Cancellation and Refund Policy; and

• you agree to comply with conference rules and applicable law.
