Research Interests
Our laboratory is enganged in unraveling mechanisms underlying dysregulation of key regulatory proteins involved in differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis in cancers (Myeloid Leukemia and Breast cancer) as well as in osteoporosis. Our major emphasis is to identify Kinases, E3 ligases and Deubquitinases having role in affecting protein stability and their function. C/EBPa, PU.1, RUNX2, and Scelrostin are key regulatory proteins we have focused thus far.
