Biography
Dr. Pankaj K. Singh is a prominent researcher and Professor of Oncology Science at the Dr. Pankaj K. Singh - OU College of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). He serves as the Founding Chairman of Oncology Science and holds the Jim and Christy Everest Chair in Cancer
Dr. Singh is globally recognized for his pioneering work in cancer metabolism, particularly its role in pancreatic cancer, tumor-stromal metabolic interactions, and cancer cachexia (severe muscle wasting). His laboratory explores how metabolic alterations regulate chemotherapy and radiotherapy resistance, tumor progression, and metastasis.
