Sanjeev Shukla currently works at the Department of Biological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal. Sanjeev does research in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and Cancer Research
Research Interests
Examination of DNA methylation mediated regulation of alternative splicing via modulation of reciprocal binding of CTCF and BORIS in cancer cells. Analysis of DNA binding proteins/ transcription factors and upstream pathways that are involved in regulation of alternative splicing. Examination of role of cancer specific alternative spliced isoforms in tumorigenesis.
